A system that works for consumers, contractors and insurance companies - for over 100 years, IS UNDER ATTACK BY A SELECT GROUP OF INSURANCE LOBBYISTS.

What is an "Assignment of Benefit?"

An assignment of benefits requires the insurance company to pay insurance benefits to your chosen contractor/vendor directly for the work you have approved as a result of your insurance claim. Later, if there is a dispute or disagreement over payment for your claim, that becomes your contractor/vendor's problem not yours.
